I didn't watch the news last night OR this morning, so I had no idea. Yes, that is definitely a scary situation to be in. I am glad Baboo's daycare let you know he was okay. I remember being apart from my oldest when the earthquake hit (Nisqually) and although it was a different kind of threat, a natural disaster, it was just as scary not knowing if he was okay or not.
