They're pretty awesome in terms of benefits, like if my son has a slight fever and can't be at daycare and I can't take the day off, they will pay for him to stay at the Tender Loving Care daycare at Virginia Mason. I haven't had to use it yet, but having it there offers me some comfort. I have to see if my work even offers it.
