They did NOT want to exchange them at first since I did NOT have a receipt (who keeps receipts for bottles?) because they wanted to know if they were purchased within the past 90 days. Finally, they checked with a manager who finally said I could exchange them...bottle for bottle, $ for $. Sounds like others stores are nicer to return them! I took back (8) 9oz Avents and (10) 4oz Avents, and they gave me store credit for the NEW cost of bottles, even though I had gotten a year's worth of use out of them already. $87!! My BPA free bottles were cheaper. I went with glass Evenflo bottles.
