Again, another great post. Thanks for sharing.

I have been feeling a little "blogger block" the last few weeks, and feel like I should be posting every other day or so, but haven't been inspired to write. Your comments validated what I was thinking that it is better to write less often with quality, then just posting for the heck of it.

One of the posts I did feel compelled to write last week, (about getting rid of baby clothes) has received a lot of comments (for me), that seemed to touch my readers. One commenter even asked if I was trying to make her cry! I never got that before, so hopefully even though I am not posting quite as often as I used to, my content is improving.

Thanks again for the great article. :-)

I totally agree about the less-is-more theory. I've found that I am more proud of the posts I write on occasion, posts that I've put more thought and effort into, than those I simply slap together. Great advice!

Jenny,

What a great set of points! You know, now more than ever moms are getting online and discovering the recreational and financial benefits of blogging, and being a true work at home mom. Of course, when it comes to the financial part, some mothers don’t know where to start! SEO optimization and a strong, eye-catching layout are crucial, but the main should focus should always be on the quality of the content. People will come back, and networking options will increase as quality increases. Ah, such a great blog entry! I’ll have to go back and read parts one and two! In the meantime, I wanted to run something by you.

Now, I’m an official Microsoft ambassador and right now we’re really trying to scale up our connections with influential bloggers like yourself. I’d love to share with you some of the stuff we’ve been doing in the last couple months to help women entrepreneurs; we’re really committed to providing all the necessary resources to help women start, grow and expand their business.

We just wrapped up a women’s entrepreneurial tour across the US called “Vision To Venture;” the response and turn-out was great!

I’d really love your take on these offerings we have right now; I would have contacted you via email but I didn’t know which was the best way to reach you.

Thank you so much again Jenny, I hope I didn’t overstep my bounds by directly contacting you. Definitely get back to me if I’ve piqued your interest– I’d love to share more info with you.

Best,
Kimberly
