I went to that museum once but without a toddler it was just a place filled with brochures and no one to throw them. Believe me, you got more out of your $11.00 than I did

That’s one of the few places that we’ve been to and loved!! But Caesar was just too young to fully enjoy it, and when we let him go down the itty bitty slide in the infant area, he practically cleared the place out with his screams. :/ We have to go again soon, thanks for the reminder!!

Definitely season passes. We are on our second year. They come with free passes to the imax movies so they more than make up for it. We try to stop by everytime we are in Seattle. I love the Butterfly room with it’s yucky outside. The balmy, sweet scented room with lazy flapping butterflies transports me. The kids love the robots and water. In the summer, the science experiments are cool. Definitely worth the money.

That sounds like so much fun – even though I don’t have kids and don’t live anywhere near Seattle.

My husband works for a company that sponsors several annual exhibits at our science museum so all of the employees get discounted tickets. We’ve gone a few times and even if we’re there for hours we still leave feeling like we didn’t get to see much. It sounds like you accomplished a lot in a such a small amount of time.

Now you know where to go when you’re feeling cooped up this winter!

Season’s passes are the way to go! That way you don’t feel pressured to see everything all in one day. You can take your time because you know that if you miss something, you can always come back!
